Delivery rates
UK delivery will be charged at £3.50 per order for any order up to the value of £50. Above that value and any UK order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
We aim to despatch goods within 3 days of receipt of order. If this is not possible we will contact you to let you know.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We aim to keep only products we have in stock on our website so that we can despatch your goods within 3 days of receipt of your order. If this is not possible we will contact you to let you know. Occasionally items may sell out but remain on the website. If this is the case we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order if this is not suitable.
Returning goods
Any unwanted items should be returned to sevenwood within 7 days of delivery at the customers' expense for either an exchange or refund. All goods must be accompanied by the "Reason for Return" form OR a letter containing customer name, address, account no, the product being returned, the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. Customers must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any delivered goods and that they are returned to sevenwood in an unused condition complete with original packaging wherever possible.
A proof of posting must be obtained as sevenwood cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages.

Faulty goods
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective or faulty at any time please report this as soon as possible to us. You will then have the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. This will be issued within 30 days. Any replacement issued will be sent free of postage charges.
Refunds
sevenwood will refund the purchase price of any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery where necessary.
