Terms of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between sevenwood and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the web site or over the phone. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference.

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. sevenwood will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server. Please allow at least 5 working days for clearance of personal cheques.

Order acceptance
Clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract by you but is not binding until accepted by us via an e-mail or despatch note explicitly stating this. Receipt of an order via the sevenwood.co.uk website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.

Placing an order
To order any item from sevenwood.co.uk you will need to register a username and password. Please keep these details safe. Once logged in any items you can add required items to your basket then proceed to our secure checkout. Alternatively call us on 01582 420 480.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01582 420 480. If we haven't despatched your order we will cancel it right away and no money will be debited from your card. If we have despatched it, then you have the legal right to return the goods to us within 7 days. On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund. If you have already taken delivery please see the Delivery & Returns section for further information.

Pricing
All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout. A packing note giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid will be supplied.
